CLIMATE
2023 in Bolgheri was marked by alternating rainfall and warmth, with a mild spring, a hot and dry July, and timely late-summer showers that restored balance before a steady, sunny harvest. In Clinio 2023, this results in a wine of vibrant clarity, with woodland freshness, saline lift, and finely tuned rhythm. The balanced season shaped fluid structure and aromatic purity, giving the wine immediate expressiveness and an elegant Mediterranean signature.
TASTING NOTES
Clinio 2023 opens with luminous clarity, marked by woodland freshness and a vivid core of red fruits, led by raspberry, cherry, and its signature wild strawberry. The nose layers saline richness with iodine, piquant spice, and a lift of mandarin peel, all shaped by the year’s rhythm of rain and warmth. On the palate, the wine moves with fluid grace, its fine tannins carrying a juicy, balsamic core that glides with ease. The finish lingers in savory clarity, leaving impressions of forest, sea air, and Mediterranean herbs.

Harte
More austere than expansive, Harte is our clearest and most essential reading of the inland landscape: precise, composed, and deeply rooted in place.

Hortense
Inspired by Hortense de la Gandara, from whom it inherits both its name and spirit, this wine represents our most complete interpretation of the terroir.
